We ensure absolute discretion, and only those applicants with appropriate relevant experience are invited to meet with us for an in-depth interview. As an added value, we can also help you address your advertising needs. This includes copy writing, ad layout, media placement and administration. The Screening Process WSA believes that the search for suitable human capital has evolved into a much more objective, scientific process. Essentially, we believe that by exploring a candidate’s behavior in past situations – and what they drew from these experiences – we can develop a thorough understanding of their ability to perform in similar, future circumstances. WSA also identifies an ideal fit in terms of company culture. We understand that while the intellectual fit must be right in terms of skill set, just as crucial to a positive, long-term relationship is a social and sociological fit. Would this individual fit in with our existing group? and Would this individual represent the Company suitably? are questions that need to be answered to ensure a perfect match of candidate and opportunity.
